Common Questions...

  • What should I know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer highly competitive pricing and a 3% discount for 65 or older, in addition to military servicemen. My discount applies to all local law enforcement as well.

  • What is your typical process for working with new customers?

We make initial contact, schedule a time, and then meet to discuss your project. Colors will be chosen upon completion of the agreement.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have certifications with several coatings and shingle manufacturers. I have also been certified with many single ply tpo, and modified bitumen roofing products. I have been in continuing education classes for over 20 years as well, keeping up with the latest roofing products available.

  • How did you get started?

I started in business with my father-in-law around 1997. This is all I have done my adult life, and still thoroughly enjoy it over 20 years later. Construction is all I have done for a living and I do it with a spirit of excellence as unto the Lord.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of individual and business owner. Politicians, actors, lawyers, doctors and all types of blue collar workers. I treat all people's home as if it was my own home.

  • Tell me about a recent project. How long did it take?

We did a golf clubhouse for a pro golfer. It was 14,000 square feet and we completed it in 2 days.

  • What advice would you give me, for comparing estimates?

Verify everything being said by prior customers of the company you choose. Never go off price only, as "unbelievable" pricing, usually means unacceptable workmanship. Also, verify insurance and bondability. No insurance means no protection for you.
